FZ Series Fiberglass Oxygen Cone
Firsle FZ series fiberglass oxygen cone is an efficient oxygenation equipment designed specifically for factory aquaculture. It is made of high-strength fiberglass material and has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, acid and alkali resistance to liquids, high flow rate, and high dissolved oxygen efficiency. The overall structure of the oxygen cone is a cone shape with a small upper part and a large lower part. The inlet and outlet are connected by PVC flanges, and the bottom is equipped with a sewage outlet and observation window. Its working principle is to force gas to overcome the surface tension of water by increasing pressure under conditions of sufficient gas-liquid mixing, thereby passively dissolving in water. Therefore, oxygen cones are usually used in conjunction with booster pumps, jets, and other equipment to enhance the oxygenation effect. When the oxygen cone is combined with pure oxygen generation equipment (such as oxygen concentrators or oxygen cylinders), the jet principle is used to fully mix oxygen and water. When the gas-liquid contact area shows an exponential increase, the pressure of the water body will also increase accordingly, thereby further consolidating and strengthening the dissolved oxygen in the water. This combination of use gives the oxygen cone a significant advantage in providing high dissolved oxygen water, especially suitable for high-density aquaculture.
